1. Точно было. http://www.microsoft.com/rus/windows/products/windowsvista/features/experiences/aero.mspx Видимо на тех тачках не включён Aero.
2. Может ты и прав, я не видел эту ФС. Поэтому не буду спорить о вкусе устриц.
